Can I leave the luggage before the check-in time?

Please send us a message on WhatsApp or an email one day in advance, and we’ll do our best to receive your luggage before the scheduled time.

Where can I park?

We do not have private park, so you can park at street (free of tickets between monday - friday, at 19:00 to 9:00), weekends are free, or use pay parking  Garagem Monumental (prices between 12€ to 24€ per day).

As of February 2026, we will no longer provide breakfast.

Yes, we only have private bathroom.

No, but depending on your arrival time and if our team is on site, we’ll be happy to help with your luggage whenever possible :)

Can I checkin before 3pm?

If the room is ready, we will send the link for checkin as soon is ready, if not, you can come and leave your luggage with us, our reception opens 9:00.

There is kitchen? Fridge at room?

Accepted Answer

No, we have a shared kitchen for small snacks and shared fridge at our living room. The kitchen should not be used for dinners or lunchs.  As of February 2026, the kitchen will no longer be available for our guests. However, we will provide a refrigerator as soon as possible for everyone’s use.

Can I have twin beds? Or extra bed?

We only have double beds, and no extra bed, our apologies.

Can we bring our baby/children?

Unfortunately our property only accept older than 12 years old.

I will arrive late, how can I check in?

Accepted Answer

Our reception working time have different times, but you can always make your checkin online. A email will be sent on the day of checkin, around 1/2pm (or when the room is ready) to complete your checkin online, and then, after you complete, you will receive a new email with the instructions to access your room.
If you can't see these emails, always check spam box. Is always sent to reservations email, if you want to change the email, start a chat with us.

Can I checkin before 3pm?

The rooms will always be ready after 3:00 pm. However, we will stay in touch via WhatsApp and will let you know as soon as it becomes available.
